Investment Plan Next Super Stock

Category: Next Super Stock

Over the weekend I went over a lot of notes from years ago that I have kept for one reason –the building of my investment site, NEXT Super Stock.

To make a long story short, the investment strategy of Next Super Stock is a mix of entrepreneurial ‘hard-work’ plus a mix of innovative and proven business investment plans.

The hard work is to use a mix of Venture Capital –about 5% and around 33% of corporate profits to invest in venture capital operations.

Another 20% of funds will go into the stocks that are pointed out in the Stock of the Month area and worth penny stocks.

From the corporate profits, 33% will also go into the above two items -penny stocks and the stock of the month.

The remaining 33% will stay in a corporate savings account or the brokerage account as cash for a rainy-day or just to have available to meet corporate emergencies.  I suppose having funds just to make the company look good to banking interests is also a vital need.

In the investment plan, that leaves 75% still to be allocated.  In this case, about 50% to 60% of the funds will go to BREAK OUT stocks that are followed in the Stock of the Month Membership area.

Then the investment plan still has 15% to 25% left to put to work and that will be done in real estate.  I plan the first of those acquisitions to be before the end of the year, when the company will need a much larger office to house everything from equipment to Associates who manage all the remote Associates and programmers that make our success possible.

That is the Rich Sage’s blue print for corporate success, and how I’ll manage the investment operations.  I should point out that part of the long-term plan is to hold 40% to 50% of the corporate invested capital in real estate.  Once again, using properties that are much more than rentals –properties that are working establishments that deliver outstanding return per square yard (meter) of floor space.  I’ll go into this more and more as the Next Super Stock matures and grows.
