NEXT SuperStock (the “Service”) is an online subscription hereinafter called NSS. You must read and agree to this subscription TERMS of USE Agreement before subscribing to the Service.
THIS IS A LEGAL AND BINDING SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (”AGREEMENT”) WHICH GOVERNS YOUR USE OF NEXT SUPERSTOCK.COM ONLINE AND RELATED SOFTWARE & INFORMATION. BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND CLICKING ON THE “ACCEPT” BUTTON, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. TERMS AND TERMINATION
Registering for the Service implies a subscription billed annually (every
360 days) or a limited FREE subscription. Your subscription will continue
until terminated by NSS or until you notify NSS, in writing, of your
decision to terminate your subscription. NSS may terminate, or change the
Service, or the availability of the Service to you, at any time, and you may
always terminate your subscription at any time. Such termination shall be
effective immediately upon notice of termination to the other party.
However, subscribers are obligated to pay the entire annual fee regardless
of when the termination was initiated during the year. Please note: THERE
ARE NO REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS. In the event that NSS is unable to process your payment, we reserve the right to terminate your access without prior notice. Should you object to any terms and conditions of this Agreement or any subsequent modifications or become dissatisfied with the Service in any way, you agree that your sole recourse is to immediately (1) discontinue use of the Service; (2) terminate your membership; and (3) notify NSS of your termination in writing either by e-mail to support [at]

computer, solely for your own internal processing operations. You may not
physically or electronically transfer the information to any CPU or server
beyond the CPU or server for which the information is viewed, except for
disaster recovery purposes. You agree not to reproduce in any form

You agree to co-operate with NSS in providing any assurances or evidence of compliance with respect to any legislation, regulations or rules concerning
anti-money laundering issues and you represent and warrant that you have not been investigated, charged, or convicted for violation of any anti-money
laundering rules or regulations.
USERNAME/PASSWORD PROTECTION
You agree to take all reasonable steps to protect the Service from
unauthorized access or use. NSS will allow you to choose a username which
will permit you to access the Service. You agree that you will be the sole
user of the Service under this Agreement. Licensee agrees to comply with the procedures specified by NSS from time to time regarding obtaining and
updating your username/password. Username/Password are subject to
cancellation or suspension by NSS at any time, including upon your misuse of the username/password in any way, and the re-issuance or reactivation of your username/password may be subject to NSS’s standard charges. You agree that you will use your best efforts to prevent any third party from
obtaining the username/password, and you will inform NSS immediately of any actual or potential unauthorized access to a username/password or to the Service.
ACCESS/INTERFERENCE/MODIFICATION/LINKS/FRAMES
If you operate a Web site and wish to link to nextsuperstock.com, you may
link only to the home page, www.nextsuperstock.com, and not to any other
page or sub domain of nextsuperstock.com. You may not frame or utilize
framing techniques that involve any trademark, logo, copyrighted material or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of any portion of nextsuperstock.com without our express written consent. In addition, you agree not to decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through
